Which AI tools does it work with?
Anything that speaks MCP. Claude on the web, Claude Desktop and Claude Code are set up from your settings in a minute, and other MCP clients connect with the same URL and key.
What can an assistant do with my library?
Search it, read the full text of a save, add new links, tag them, file them into collections, pull up your highlights and find related saves. Your key only ever opens your own library, and you can revoke it any time.
Is there a CLI?
Yes. The indeks CLI saves, searches and manages your library from the terminal. Run indeks login to connect it through your browser.
Do I have to sort anything myself?
No. Describe a collection in one sentence and Indeks files your saves into it, including the ones you make later. You can still add or remove anything by hand.
Can I bring my existing bookmarks?
Yes. Import X bookmarks without an extension, sync GitHub stars from your username, or upload a Raindrop export.
